  By far the worst experience I could've imagined. My title officer ignored my calls, didn't respond to emails for days, and when it was time to close and sign, she was late, short, rude, and unconcerned with me. Debbie was the total and complete opposite of professional. I will never use Title One again because of her, and I'll do my best to make sure nobody I know does either.

  I have done my share of purchasing homes over the years and working with Title Companies throughout the country. I must say that my interactions with Hanna Wroten at Title One is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Hanna went out of her way to explain the process to me, provide data and follow up on questions and issues throughout the process. I believe her proactive problem solving and amazing attitude is a big reason that my closing happened on time flawlessly. I would use Title One again, because Hanna is part of that team. Having Hanna as a member of Title One shows that this Title Company values quality and professionalism above all us. Thank you Hanna and Title One!

  As a real estste professional for over 30 years I can state that Matt Grenke at the Title One Meridian office is by far the best closer I have used in the Treasure Valley. I Do not need to attend every closing because I am confident he will take proper care with my clients.
