  Leah Morgan, what more could you ask for in a realtor. Leah has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped us purchase our first home 6 months ago and she continues to be a great resource. We bought in January of this year and in June we had an air conditioner issue (leaking and actually broke through our ceiling) Leah was the first to offer assistance on getting our home warranty people out to fix it. Not like other people in sales where they get the sale and they are done with you. I will always recommend her services.

  Do NOT let the nyaec accreditation this place touts be any indicator of it's ability to provide a warm and caring environment for your children. Not one person who works in this place ever has a smile on their face and rarely greets you when you enter the building. Teachers stand in the corner and whisper to each other instead of interacting with the children. It's cold and institutional. I was called in the middle of my work day on more than one occasion because they couldn't handle my children which has never happened to me with any other child care provider EVER. I also walked out to the playground one day to pick up my son just as he said "I never get picked" (they were playing a game) and the teach said to him in a very belittling tone "I wonder why". If your child does not fit their expectations, ie sit down and shut up and don't cause me any extra work, they are not willing to look for alternate ways to make the environment a good one for the child, they just single them out and make them miserable.

  Really liked this place but was told in a text message they didn't have enough room for my son anymore. I was left stranded trying to find someone to watch him in less than 12 hours... Felt very stressed as a new Mom. Great place for people with a set schedule but not reliable if you work a different schedule weekly.

  If you're thinking of going through these people, don't. My family and I used to have our car insurance with them and the experience was more frustrating than it was worth. I bought a new car and gave them all my new info before I even drove it off the lot. A day or two later I paid $150 deductible, signed all the paperwork and left with my insurance card. Four days after, they call to tell me that they want me to pay to have my ROOMMATE on my car insurance because he, I kid you not, lived in the same house as my car keys. I refused, because not only could I not afford it but because they requested I give them all of my roommates information and drivers license number. I must have told them 30 times that he didn't have a license but also that he didn't even drive MY car. I can't even remember how many arguments I got in with them on the phone. After a week of this they said that since I wouldn't cooperate that they canceled my insurance with no refund of my $150. Their attitudes are as bad as their logic. Don't ever ever go to these people!
