    I've been waiting for 3 days to get approval on a kidney x-ray. It's very important that get this test. I've had Blue Cross my whole life and have never experienced this before. Very disappointing especially when paying 715.00 a month for insurance. I'll have to research other insurance companies. Barb Fox

    So we had dental insurance with Blue cross of Idaho, At the end of 2017 I went on to the Idaho health exchange to adjust my insurance while on there I removed dental from them. I didn't think much of it didn't check my account withdrawals until march 1 I happen to log in and saw a withdrawal from them for premium. I immediately call them to get this canceled and my money back. I was told they would reverse the March payment and I would have to email or mail in for the other 2 months. Yesterday I got a check for March refund mind you this is 3 weeks later. Checked my account no other money had been put in. Called into only find out that they dropped the ball and Management had not reviewed or signed off on this. The lady on the phone said she would follow up with me yesterday afternoon with a update then again this morning, she did call and only had to say she had no response from management. Its now 1015 still no answer to where my money is. Be careful if you allow them to draft your payments they aren't so good at refunding for sure..
