  Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I call every month to make a payment over the phone, after I inquired about my payment being higher this month I was then told I had a late payment from 3 months prior. I asked why I was never informed about this while I was on the phone? She told me they had sent it in the mail, well come to find out they were sending it to my rental and not my home address. I said its a little frustrating to have an increased monthly payment with no explanation and all she said was it's a lack of communication on our part, sorry. In my mind I would think at this point you would want to make things right and keep your client happy, but no not over $10.

  Totally satisfied. This is the only agent who would go the extra mile to help me insure my daughter's car while she is in Canada for grad school, and it was no easy task.
